Who can access your services?

If you are aged 18 and over, registered with a GP in Croydon and you would like support with your mental wellbeing or benefit from accessing social care services, our Advice Workers at the Space can help you.

You can self-present at the Space (without a need for referral) during the service core drop in hours. 

Please note that our drop in hours are for general enquiries only – if you are looking for support, please contact us to book an appointment.

When should I drop in?

We are open to drop in between 10am-1pm Monday to Saturday. This is for general enquiries only.

If you would like support from one of our Advice Workers, please contact us to book an appointment.

Please attend the drop in if:

It’s your first time accessing our service, we will provide an initial assessment of your needs

You have a specific query around your housing, benefits, employment, etc and you’re not sure if you require an appointment.

You want to find out more about what we can offer

You want to find out what is available to you in Croydon

Please book an appointment if:

You would like to guarantee an hour slot with one of our staff members

Your issues are more in depth or you need support in multiple areas

You need guidance with a form such as PIP, Universal Credit, Housing Application, etc.

You cannot attend the morning drop in hours.

How do I access your services?

You can access the service the following ways:

  • You can drop in to the Space located at the Whitgift Centre.
  • You can call or email to book an appointment with an Advice Worker.
  • You do not need a referral to be completed by a healthcare professional, however if you would like someone such as your Care Co-ordinator to contact us on your behalf to discuss your needs before you present to us that’s fine too!
Will I need to pay to access your services?

Our services are free, and you will incur no cost when accessing them.
